Additionally, upon arrival, the setup for three guests was inadequate, requiring extra effort as we had to prepare the sofa bed ourselves. There were also minor cleanliness concerns, such as a noisy bathroom vent and a lack of daily housekeeping during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. the King Study room was super comfy and perfect for my family. The indoor pool and spa were great spots to unwind after a long day. The only minor thing was that the breakfast selection could've had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

The staff at this hotel were quite nice and helpful during our stay. However, the room cleanliness was a significant disappointment. There were crumbs found under the mattress pad, and the sheets seemed suspect with too many hairs on them. The bathroom had visible dirt and grime behind the door, which made me uncomfortable. On the plus side, we got a new room, but it wasn't much better. I noticed crumbs near the beds and hair on the bathroom floor again. The common areas had a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast offering was decent, although I wish it had been fresher. Overall, this place has potential, but they need to focus on cleaning more thoroughly to improve the guest experience.
